This intensive retreat addresses this challenge by supporting you to develop greater physical presence and an ability to listen deeply.
It is largely experiential with some lecture and discussion, drawing on embodiment exercises, mindful speaking and listening, periods of silent practice, meditation, conscious breathing, guided visualization and movement.
